"GIRLS SPEAK PROJECT"
Girls Speak: The New Era of Empowering Adolescent Girls in Ghana, uses girls’ insights in development to increase impact and effectiveness in empowering girls and women. Through five actions HACEP-Ghana will help make the unheard heard by:
1. Listening to girls and learn about their aspirations, and engage them in decision making processes.
2. Engaging families, teachers and traditional leaders as girl champions.
3. Providing safe and inclusive community spaces where girls can develop and raise their voices.
4. Giving girls public platforms to amplify their voices.
5. Changing social norms that stifle girls’ voices
